IntelliEngines™ has completed the purchase of all the assets and operations of FinanceGenius, Inc., a FinTech vendor of cloud-based consumer lending software for credit unions and community banks. IntelliEngines™ will continue to develop and market lending software under the FinanceGenius™ brand.
