Tejas is a 35-year veteran of the technology industry. He has held executive positions at Dell, Bertelsmann (arvato), Compaq, and Tandem Computer. He was CEO of Transpond Global Solutions, an RFID company that he founded. He has also held executive positions at four other technology startups. Tejas has an MS in Computer Science (Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago), an MBA (University of Iowa), and a BS in Chemical Engineering (University of Madras, India).

Tejas and his wife live in Austin.

Chris Munson has been president or CFO of over two dozen companies and formed his first company after graduating from the University of Texas. Chris has worked with technology, manufacturing and consumer goods companies from startup stage to Fortune 500 companies. Chris has participated in over fifty mergers or funding events and in over a dozen of the transactions assumed the leading role for the buyer, seller, investor or investee.

Chris was named Austin Young Entrepreneur of the year in 1989 and is a graduate of the University of Texas Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
